Donations – Be a Friend And Give $10

We fight for equitable resources, better health care practices and more research for individuals living with sickle cell disease. This isn’t our platform, this is our life. #Advocacy #RememberGermaine

Let me tell you Derrick’s Story:

Picture of DerrickDerrick was born with Sickle Cell Anemia. By the time he was 10 years old, Derrick had two strokes. Each stroke impacted his family’s economic resources, his time away from school and his developmental process. Derrick is behind one (1) grade in school. He needs help!

The services for individuals born with sickle cell disease are very limited in the state of Arkansas and even the nation. We have partnered with community organizations to provide supportive services (i.e. family grants, information and referral, case coordination and etc.) to help families in the state of Arkansas. We need community partners like you!

The impact of sickle cell disease affects not only the family but the community as well. Last year alone we serviced over 70 families, with over $32,000 in services. Now we need you!
